They used to be great with ordering platters. Now you get called day before saying they don't have items you want. Very disappointed. Will try market basket now😪

I haven't ordered a platter there. I have noticed that many items are just not available. That may be Covid virus related or it may be some farming issue or both? I remember all the workers at a food plant got sick. Much of the food supply has been in storage and some fresh items not so much. There is still a truck driver shortage, too. Perhaps it would be wise to find local suppliers of high end food that you want on your platters and have them put the order together? I know there are some on the Maine coast in the greater Portland area. Try calling catering services and ask for who might make the best platters with all the right stuff. Them might say they will but get a list of who they use. I have a company in mind but don't bthink I can say. Here is one place to call to find local quality goods. Try calling the Good Shepherd food bank. They know who is still in operation with quality goods on time. They feed hundreds, probably thousands of people in Maine. They know who to call.
