Ask them call them
They stand behind everything. No matter how ling its been.
One more can't hurt: customer service desk. If you know when you bought them, that helps.
Take them back to the customer service desk and they will either refund you or you can exchange them for a new pair
They will replace or repair any item with a valid driver's license
The defect can be as simple as a little fraying. If you have the receipt they will give you a full refund if you do not they will give you a gift card so you can buy another pair. Either way you get your money back
