when do staff empty the bottle drop collection center?
Have been there 3 times early in morning and bag machines are full.
What a waste on my time and gas with the bottle drop program.

I believe they normally collect on Mondays

They empty the cans in a huge vat.

Yeah it's not a priority for them unfortunately. You would have to tell the customer service desk about them.
