I had a bad experience there as well. The question I have is why and how would I know who and when this A team is on location. The damage to reputation is non repairable in many cases and a poor way to run a business. I was looking foreward to the experience, and was very diappointed,it's doubtful I'll try it again.
That's unfortunate. I love the hilltop. You gotta go on a A team day.
They have certainly declined in quality, quality and service these past few years. They continually lose customers one visit at a time.
