Right in the front of the library, literally right in front of the facility, on the left. The front is basically glass windows, and on the left is like a drop-drawer shoot kind of hatch. Just pull that thing and drop off your borrowed material and you're good to go 👍
There is a Tuff-Shed around the back facing library lane. It remains unlocked when the library is open. Just put them in there.
