This time of the year is great, all their tours are awesome I haven't been on the multnomah falls tour yet but from what I heard it's awesome. I've went to the evening tour around Portland while the sun is setting and all the lights came on when it got dark it was great.
September is beautiful in Portland, the gorge tour would be AMAZING then
