Great views, parking is a challenge, 1 water fountain, 1-2 picnic tables, 2 pot-o-let, wheel chair/bicycles n strollers access.
No it is a quiet place more for rest, than for parties. It is not grass and flat and picnic tables. It has a great view.
You can call and ask them to be more secure
