It is an aquarium so you look at fish instead of catching them. You can fish at the Ocean Beach Pier but not the pier near the Birch Aquarium.
I hear it's best in the early morning...
Non-existant as it is an aquarium. But if you can get a line in the big tank there is some large ones.
