You can donate around the back at the donation bay during business hours only. Leaving items outside when no one is there to accept constitutes dumping and you may be fined.

Pull around to the back and there will be someone to unload your goods.

It's a great fun place to go. But the public should be more responsible for cleaning up after themselves or if clothes falls of a hanger pick it up and hang it back up. Or DAV should go up on their prices to offset a cleaner store because of the public irresponsibly.
They will unload if you drive to the back, or call for a pick up.
