When I went they didn't want any box , but I got small stuff to send
There are restrictions that vary, but if the package is eligible the Amazon site will be the first return destination listed. If you are prompted to use UPS as the carrier service then the package isn't eligible.
I don't believe so they have a live person there to help in the lobby. Parking on street around corner 9 to 9.
