There are two clusters of bees on the fence of my backyard. The fence doesnt belong to me, but to a house above me. Im afraid the bees will atack me ir my small dog as we are outside alot . If i asj for the removal, will i be liable for the cost.

Years ago, when I lived in Ramona, we called a local bee keeper to remove a swarm near our house. They removed it, no charge. But that was years ago.

You might notify your neighbor and ask them to get bee removers out. If that doesn't work, call police to report a health hazard. You could also askbee remoal company how others have dealt with this scenario.
