I don't know who you are asking. If you are asking about Walmart, they will mount tires brought to them for a fee, but only if they are the tire size recommended for your car.
Hi , like Angela I don't do tires, but you could take your tires and have them put on by Evans Tire Shop. Usually where ever you buy tires the same place puts them on for free ..
If you mean for Walmart to fit them I have no idea me personally no I don't do tires
