I think it outrageous that the wheel Barrows are placed the clearly marked handicap unloading area. There is only one handicap parking spot, which always is blocked for the wheel chair ramp and safe exit into store

I think its time to turn Cascade into the City. They don't care about safety for handicap vans in the parking lot. They have been asked several times to correct this important ADA requirement.
