The servers wrap the silverware they should not wrap it if it is dirty or has spots on it. The manager needs to address this with them. I have gotten silverware with food partials on it and had to ask for cean forks a few times. Made me want to just not eat.
I have had just the opposite impression: they have increased in quality of service and wait time in my experience.
Didn't know they had a new dishwasher. And if the silverware is air dried, you'd get spots. I've seen spots on mine at the house. Not really a problem.
This dennies has gone down hill very steep hill. They need to start over. Start with a manager.

Exactly wish people woul understand its hard to get single thing perfect in the diner when also tryin to keep anywhere from 4 to 20 if not more customers happy at once... the silverware can be better but its not alwasy food over most of the time its nust water spots from air dryng i work there an they have improved on many things an new management is always tryin to 7Make it better for our customers.
