Im sure they would accommodate you.
They have a variety of clear meat lobster rolls (HUGE and DELICIOUS). I have not seen clear meat lobster plate on the menu. I would not be surprised if they would gladly honor your request for one.
They used to sell clear meat lobster rolls upon request and hot boiled lobster. I don't know about lazy mans lobster, though
