Becauce it is not open. They hired someone to monitor Google 24 hour a day to answer YOUR questions so they had to closes the store a few hours. Sorry it was during YOUR visit.
They always seem like they are up to something. Hopefully they fired everyone and are working on getting some ppl that know how to speak with others.
