There's a few different rewards available in the app when you redeem your points. Every tier has some form of dollars off your next purchase as well as some free products or other discounts.

I shop at Shaw's daily. With that being said, I accumulate a lot of points. There is a lot of food and/or household products available with the points received from the Shaw's App. They are always changing up the available products. You also can use points towards Gas and $$ Money off on your Shaw's Purchase.
