you don't have to buy the socks, bit you do have to wear socks. kids under 3 or 2 are free
The only fees is 12 dollars an hour for i believe 11 and older and 8 dollars an hour for 10 and under. Socks are 3 dollars a pair. You can keep the socks though and reuse them.
