Do you tatto eyebrows and eye liner? I had both done about 10 years ago and I need to have it touched up. Also I have three freckles I want covered up on my face. Will a tatto skin color cover up a freckle?

I don't think they do cosmic touch up...? But I'm not a tattoo artist stop by and ask. It won't hurt...😎

I'm not sure about a skin color tattoo covering....there r some things to consider when doing that tho.....if u tan, tattoos don't tan....so I'll have a lighter patch and it might be harder to match ur skin. But if anyone can do it Fast Eddy can do it.
