Amenities such as wife I used to be free to all owners. Then WorldMark started forcing ownership at certain levels for even the most basic types of amenities. So in this case Wi-Fi is dependent on how long or how much ownership you have unless you just call the front and boldly ask for the code. Sad....
You need to be a Travelshare owner else it is a few bucks. We have Travelshare so it is free to us
It's not free if you are a world mark owner but I don't remember how much.
