Couldn't agree more I work 10-12 hr shifts and usually the same as the hours that it's open as a matter of fact I had a return and it took months till i had an opportunity to return an unopened pak n play (yes I have receipt) and they refused to let me return it cause it was purchased over 90 days prior to the day I was trying to return it. WTF
Wal-Mart has become to big and to important to everyday Americans to actually care about them. I had a situation with an exchange. I had it for 24 hours(walkie talkies) they didn't work so I brought them back. Had the receipt but the box was missing part of the upc. Reciept had the missing numbers. So I wanted an exchange. They had me there for an hour saying no because that night they put new ones in the shelf. They were punk not purple. Same upc. Same shelf and the same manufacturer. But they weren't the same color. AN HOUR! 2 managers and security to boot. Now every time I go to any Wal-Mart I have security on me in seconds. I mean abt Wal-Mart. But I need them. They don't care about us or service. Managers are usually lower class brought up to management with a little power trip and I am seeing it more and more. At least florida. Black manager. White customer. Never works out well
All Walmart customer service departments need to stay open later than ten o'clock!
