Report themreport them
This company is very compliant with federal and state regulations. If they asked for your social, that probably means that they suspect YOU of fraud. Perhaps you've used a different social in the past? In this case I believe you are misinterpreting them being cautious as them being sketchy.
The dude just asked me to repeat the last four digits of my social security number four different times and when we got disconnected he called back and he called me my mom's name. which in my opinion is strange. very strange. I didn't want to keep repeating my social to him so I told him he made me uncomfortable by asking for that sensitive piece of information that many times, he got pretty upset with me
It is a huge fraud
Hi, it's for verification purposes but you still should never consider them. Their interest rates are sky high. You'll borrow the bare minimum of 2500 and spend 4 years paying back 20,000. And that's without late fees. If you complain to them they'll only send agents to harass you until you shut up. They're terrible to their customers AND their employees.
