You must be 18, but like all things beer-and-cigarette throwing it all under the Google Bus ain't a yes. Still, T.T. themselves claim by-the-book operation. And, they're the best.
You have to be 18 in the state of Washington to get a tattoo. My cousin wanted to do the same and went to several tattoo shops and nobody will do it unless your 18, but in Idaho you can be under 18 with parental supervision and get a tattoo. Hope that helped!
