Why does it take SO long to get a pair of shoes when there are SO many employees standing around doing nothing?!? Waited an hour just to get the wrong pair of shoes brought put twice!

I agree, they also take lots of time to bring a pair mostly wrong size or brand.

Adding a floor coordinator/spotter might improve traffic flow of people & shoes
