Highly unlikely as it would kill the yeast. It's not impossible, though. Hopefully a Stone rep is able to respond! If not, consider reaching out to them directly. They are very willing to communicate with their customers. Sorry to hear about your condition.
I don't think Stone pasteurise their beer. It's one of the things they complain about macro breweries doing. It's on of the things their gargoyles are supposed to ward off.
I don't know if they pasteurize their beer, but I do know that most micro and craft breweries don't. It adds another step in the process, and changes the taste of the beer. Hopefully somebody that is more familiar with operations at Stone can answer the question.
