I believe the longest stay is 28 days. After 28 days you need to vacate for 24 hours.
The correct answer is you can stay for up to 270 days between the day after Labor Day all the way until the following July 1st every year. (If you were to stay any time during July and/or August it will be counted against the 270 count). The rule is that you must leave every 90 for at least 24.0 hrs
