I would say they are unusually understaffed, or something. I've been a handful of times and the wait was always appropriate.
Their service normally is very good.
I've been here many times, and this place is fairly popular. You may not see all the guest as there is a back half that you can't see from the front. If you catch them during the rush the wait will obviously be longer, but catch them during a slow time and you'll have your order before you know it!
I will give it one more try but every other place i go to i get my food 20 minutes faster and i seen orver 5 orders take more then 20 minutes
