Is there a day fee & are some of the area wheelchair accessible

$5 per day, 9am to 9pm. State park annual pass is only $30. And i believe can be purchased at visitors ctr. We were down by Riverbend and there were some sites wheelchair accessible.

There is a paved path that runs the length of the entire park. A wheelchair should be able to go along sections of it. I believe the visitor center, with its historical exhibits, is wheelchair accessible as well.
