Thank you for your question! For starters, we ensure masks are worn at all times when not seated at your table. We enforce the regular and frequent sanitation of high touch areas such as bathrooms, door handles, and the register area. We use only single use menus and gloves are worn by both back and front of the house staff. Safe practices using gloves have been discussed with our staff members to ensure effective usage, I.e. changed out between tasks such as clearing tables and handling clean glasses and tableware. All seating areas are spaced at the appropriate 6 foot distance and tables and chairs are wiped down with the DC33 disinfectant between all guests. Indoor capacity is enforced in accordance with the health departments current regulations. We take the health and safety of our staff and guests very seriously and if there is ever a discrepancy we strongly recommend that feedback be relayed to us.
