Call them to make an appointment. They have early morning drop-offs at service dept.
Just head down and drop your mini off. Very many times they will offer you a loaner, even if you didn't buy the mini there. The customer service is second to none.
They sometimes have appointments open the same day, so give it a try! Plus, they offer to shuttle you to anywhere in a 20-35 mile radius (approximately) for free and pick you up when your Mini is ready. Or you can hang out in their cozy lounge complete with a well stocked complementary snack & beverage fridge! Happy motoring!
