Do they have bathrooms outside like portables restrooms

Yes and No depending on event AND needs, for example if something is going on outside then obviously the need would exist. On the other hand most events are held inside.

Yes a handicap one close to the handicap parking only.

They have a row of porta potties inside on the ground level next to regular bathrooms. I have seen them once in their back parking lot but I'm not sure if they are still there. The row in the back is for stage level and have been there during concerts

They have bathrooms with stalls inside. Never saw portables inside or outside the Dome

Been there a couple times don't recall seeing any Honey buckets....

I would call the dome and ask them but I'll check tomorrow bcus I'll in the area..
