Very hadicaped friendly.
Seemed to have access and designated wheel chair sears.
The building, itself, is wheelchair accessible. The crowd, depending on how large, may not be.
The dome is setup for wheelchair access.
The event depends on wheelchair availability, but every even no matter how crowded is helpful with a handicapped person!
It's easy. Easy entry to floor level and I believe wheelchair seating is all at floor level.
Depending on the crowd you shouldn't have to much trouble based on my experience.
Totally ADA accessible!
