Yes, Sam’s Club offers a One Day Pass for any Non-Members to come in and shop with them for the day. You do not need a membership if you want to purchase Alcohol, Food from the Café or to use their Pharmacy.
You can do purchases at the front restaurant without membership and can also go around the entire shop without membership but need to be a member to purchase things.
