Nutter Construction could care less about established neighbors next to their construction, dust and more dust. Water trucks sparingly used. They try to pick a fight with me. This is truly the non union sector mindset

I have worked for nutter for 5 years. It is a construction company. What construction site has ever operated without dust? Union construction sites make dust too.
