It is fenced on one side only, yes, the playground is completely fenced, but honestly, dogs tend to stay inside park because it's way under the street level. So the park is surrounded by hills. It's a super cool park.
I have walked around the entire perimeter of the park and it is fenced for the most part. There is one opening at the top of a trail on the north side of the park but that's all that I've noticed. This is our new favorite park. I've brought my kids and my dogs and they both do great there and love it!
The children's play area is completely fenced. I believe that the rest, where dogs run is not fenced, but I don't have a dog. 🐕
