Do they ever answer the d#*! phone?!

It's always a chances thing. It's possible you're taken care of asap or it's ringing and you're questioning if they're even open.

I had the same issue. Try emailing customer service or going back to the store in person. Its a pain!

I've had an answer to a phonecall but I've also had the phone ring for 10 minutes so 🤷 best of luck!!
