Hi Kalia, what a thoughtful question. We do our best to honor and give space for practices that come from all over the world. I have never heard that the burning of Palo Santo is a closed practice or a part of a closed tradition, but I am eager to learn more. Do you have any resources on that? I can tell you that we source our Palo Santo from a small importer who buys from local landowners in Peru who sell non-endangered dead fall branches that have aged naturally. We try to provide supplies for people in many various traditions that we may or may not practice. Many initiates from closed traditions have thanked us over the years for being a source of the supplies they need for their magical and spiritual work. I hope that's helpful!
Thanks for answering, my resources were from my family. Theres lots of debate on whether or not it was closed so I just was being cautious. Hope you have a nice day/night!
