Correct, 25-30 minutes. I've taken one 3 hours home after visiting Spokane before and they hold pretty well on ice if needed.
25 to 30 mins, thats how long they cook them their anyway.
From my experience, they do not sell calzones in a 'take-and-bake' form. They cook them on the premises for consumption immediately or for you to pick up and take home.
