Yes, the lobster shack is wheelchair accessible.
I don't believe, there is granite steps up to the main level, steps into the main restaurant narrow hallways the bathroom don't have access for a wheelchair so to answer your question I would say no but I'm believing most businesses are supposed to have access for wheelchairs but none that I saw.
Not really. They have parking on a hill but no paved path to the picknick tables that are on gravel..they have a ramp into the shack but zero chance the bathrooms are accessible. They are essentially closets down a narrow hallway.
