Do people really have to pay a $39 application fee to stay at the RV park simply because the class B or RV is older than 15 years?

We do state that RVs must be 15 years or younger; however, RVs that are older can be approved via management by submitting images of the RV. 1). It is for applicants who would like to stay 30 days or more in the RV park. 2). It includes a criminal background check, financial report, and eviction/rental history report. 3).
