Yes, civilian's can make same day tee times. Please call the golf shop at (858)307-4155 or log onto our website and make tee times online. http://www.mccsmiramar.com/golfcourse/ Once you make the tee time, you will receive instructions on how to access the base for weekday play and for weekend play.
