I would think naked is best so you're not focused on how the clothing feels ... less mental distraction? I would also check their website. Have a great float!
Naked is my choice, but if you prefer, you can wear a suit
That is not a weird question at all. You are in a private lockable room with a shower so floating in the nude is comfortable and ideal.
