Usually the customer loads their own purchase. Many times customers help each other. May find an employee with a big heart or strong back.

Usually you are accountable for loading your items but someone may be able to help you
Generally not in my experiance, but you might get lucky. The items will be preloaded on a cart and there are loading docks though.
