If there your kittens and you want to surrender them you would need to take them to animal services
Go to the local SPCA . They will take the kittens at no cost to you. They will help by finding people to adopt them.
The SPCA will help you with them.
All you have to do is call them or take them there .they are very helpful
Please check with the staff and/volunteers. It might be best to surrender them for good care.
