The early you get there the better chance of a short wait. Also if you are willing to sit at the bar.

Anywhere from 30-45 minutes I've never not had to wait but it is so worth it!
I'd say at least 30 minutes
The wait can be long no matter the day, but if it's just you and maybe another 1 or 2 people, you should keep an eye at the bar as it's open seating.
Weekends are an hour to hour and a half
Depends on the time of day really, but in my experience Weekend 1hr, Weekday 5-30 min
