why is the delivery slots always disabled? I've lived here for a year now and can't get a single one.

Well I'm not really sure about the delivery slots being disabled I'm not even sure why there's so much disabled parking when they're mostly empty half the time I take the bus there for convenience more than I take my car it saves on gas plus some if I'm not getting a lot of items I don't need to take my vehicle so exercise for me sorry I wasn't able to answer your question
