I wouldn't be able to give a quote but I'm sure they would gladly let you know. These guys are very nice and very good at what they do. They actually wash everything not just a simple spray. I was very impressed by them. Also you want to get there early, like I said they actually give you a wash so it takes a little time.
Just show up. Hard to reach by phone since everyone works there. The earlier the better.
