Hi Craig, if you are referring to putting in a zipper on the side seam of the pant leg - that is not always possible. In some instances we were able to do it and it was $25. Slimming the the thigh area can only be done starting below the pockets (we can't get in where the pockets are). The waist/seat on men's jeans is not a possible alteration - it is only possible on slacks.
