This church owns their own building and is completely debt-free.
The facility itself is owned by the covenant member of NGC. These members entrust the handling and stewarding of the facility to the elders and staff.
Interesting question to be asking. I go to my gym to make my body more fit. I've never asked who owns the building the gym is in.
