Nice area..easy to purchase the mobile home but much harder to rent the land. It is a 55+ community and you rent the land thru Kitsap Housing Authority. The person(s) that is moving in has to be the owner(s) of the mobile home . There is rarely a person available at the office and there has been a lot of turn over in office personnel. The best way is to make a appointment with them. The sale of the mobile home depends on getting approved to rent the land on it. It was a serious pain to get approved since the staff turn over was high at the time my mother in law applied for it. It's been ok once every thing settle. Pack your patience if applying here . Not sure if any are for sale at this time.
I have been here seven years and this is an HOA which I was not informed of until after I signed the paperwork, the residents are great, but management leaves a lot to be desired! You only own the mobile you do not own the property yet you pay their property taxes.
